You couldve gotten em from an event a while back, but not anymore. Your best bet is to smega/search FM.

No, I had one. It was an event when Mini Dungeons came out. You could stay in the mini dungeon for 5 minutes and the monsters dropped an item. And when you had 800 of these items you could trade them in for these.

It was an OLD event. It was a NX-Only Event too. They were the birth of Mini-Dungeons. Getting a clean one is worth around 140mil

People with nx had an advantage because they could go in about 5 or 6 times a day.
