I was browsing around the Fm and I found a Maple Shine Wand and a Maple Wisdom Staff. Wand +5 INT +99 HP +103 MP 48/86 No slots for 13mil Staff +1 INT +152 HP +52 MP 52/89 No slots. for 13mil. Which is better? Or should I just get a clean one for 15mil?

Wand, but they're about the same anyways. 5 INT + 86 magic is 91 overall magic, and 1 INT + 89 magic is 90 overall magic.
