Ticket solution taking forever D':

I sent the ticket on 2/24/2010 and it got reviewed on halfway into march. today is may 23, 2010. one more day and it'll be like a 3month anniversary it's good to know that they're actually looking into it because it's not something they would usually look at but how long does it normally take for them to fix a ticket? 1-2 weeks?

I sent a ticket asking them to change my name after a month of playing since I was just testing the game out at the time. It never got replied to... That was a year ago :l

It is so reassuring that this problem will be taken care of next year. /sarcasm Ah, wells.

It was a ticket regarding my account got hacked and valuables were missing, but there was multiple ways to solve who the culprit was. one way was that they used nx that i had on the account (from mts) and used it to their beneficial needs. I checked my transaction logs from the nexon site and it did verify that those items were bought. Most likely those items were sent to the person who went onto the account. Plus whoever traded those items to their character because at the time, i was never online until a month before the event occurred so there wouldn't be as much stuff to track down as the person who went on was the only person who went on

One of my friends was hacked around the same time you were and only got a response a couple of weeks or so ago. Just gonna have to be patient.
