For Equips: Luk vs Dex earrings?

The title says it all, except maybe luk vs dex on equips in general. I'm eventually looking to go low dex, cap at maybe 90-100, but I also want to boost damage as much as possible. My earrings right now are clean. (lol, fail... except i'm poor. kinda:P)

Luk is cheaper, Dex can be used for other classes as well though.

I would vote for luk simply because if you gpq, you don't want to be stuck not being able to use your weapon And since dex earings are one of the most expensive dex equips, try and use other equips to get your dex, before falling back on earrings if you really must
