Good Deal on Itouch?

Hey guys, so my ipod broke like a month ago due to my stupidity of leaving it in my pants when it was going to the washer. I've downloaded songs to my phone but its not the same as a ipod and it can hold less songs. My friends brother is a big dealer selling a bunch of stuff and he said he could hook me up with a 32g itouch for 150$. I saw the itouch yesterday and it looked great, even used it and read some manga ^_^. Only the back is scracthed up but i dont mind, So basil is it worth buying it? and how much is a brand new itouch 32g?

Brand new iPod Touch 32g... Around 700-800 dollars last time I checked. So yeah, worth buying. But look over it again, there HAS to be something else wrong with it if it's only 150$
