How can you tell if someone is new to maple?

I ask because usualy when I am out training I come across a few equips and I normally NPC them. I recall that it was actualy somewhat difficult starting out playing the game 2 years ago. I ran out of money several times just from buying pots. As time went on merching because second nature and the rest is history. Even today when I start out a new character it never makes it past lvl 20 without me tossing it a few 100k from my main just for pot money. So I started looking for true new to maple noobs to throw my high lvl spoils that I get from training. Problem is there are hundreds or little nublets running around and trying to distinguish true new to maple nublets from beggars and funded alts is a bit hard.

Theres many ways When they... -Beg for mesos -When they talk with a mixture or leet/text talk along with some bad spelling and grammar (i.e. Cn i hav sum meso plez) or (cn i havitem plss) -Beg for equips (this is more mentally stupid than noobish.I can understand that noobs want equips so they can NPC them for money,then,I thought to myself "Why the hell don't they just ask for the money right off the bat") -If it's a thief then when they wear nothing but a bathrobe,valefor hat, and the gold lv 15 claw.

when its a mage wearing all the equips for their level, and no job hat when its a sin wearing all the equips for their level and no job hat when its a pirate w/o their job hat when its an archer w/o their job hat when they beg for mesos when they have male 1, and are below level 20 when they ask for help on something basic when they ask for anything thats about the main signs

The other day I was walking around henesys, you know, looking for the paint things for the maple leaf quest, and this new Evan character, lv 10ish, comes and says: -Hello, could you please tell me where can I find Orange Mushrooms? I almost cried.

when they ask where the stores are or where some low-lvled monster is, or if they're selling something and it's really cheap because they don't know the worth.
