Statless classes, what's the point?

What's the point of a dexless sin to buy a 30 dex sauna? Why not just buy a 30 luk sauna and add those points into dex? What's the difference?

Some maplers (like me) think having higher damage makes the game more fun. And also, we get to do what ever we want, it's not your problem.

30 luk suana is alot more expensive than 30 dex suana. Plus for a sin, if you add your base to luk then you can deem yourself dexless!

To first poster: He didn't ask why you wanted higher damage, he asked why you buy DEX equips and add all your points into LUK, why not just do it the other way around.

So you can wear the stronger claws for more attack, while getting the extra luk from being statless.

There's price factor, and then there's the "I can change the 30dex sauna into a 30luk sauna anytime I want, or a new stat-less weapon comes out, but I can't reset the 30dex without paying."

Base dex = not dexless. People just want the title of "dexless" most of the time. Plus 99.99% of the time Luk > Dex money wise.

Because when you get maple warrior, it affects your base stats, lets say a NL, with 25 base dex, but equips adding up 100+dex, that dex points are added on luck, and so the base get's 100 more, 10% of 100 luck is 10 extra luck, meaning an slight, but effective increase in damage.

no class is statless , they can only have a min of 4 ap per stat OT : dexless = mroe damage . however , base dex = low dex . low dex users either just leave it at their base to they can use their claw/dagger/whatever weapon . if you have a lower base dex & you want to use a weapon that requires more dex & you want to keep your base dex low , you buy dex equips to wear your weapon .

[/quote] this basically and the fact that one you add dex, you can't reset it (well you can, but it's costly)

So you can wear the high lvl claws the reg stat ppl wear and easily out dmg them.
