Another Gas Mask thread -_-

So my guy is lvl 31 now. I finished the andras helm quest. I hunted down all the ripped papers. When I was lvl 28 I talked to the rememberer and the quests led up to info on the mushking empire. I'm not sure where I can find the quest for the gas mask. There is no light bulb over the rememberer. Is lvl 31 too high of a lvl to get the quest? Please help me out basil.

They should stay in your quest log untill you're level 40 they just turn grey or something after level 30.
