First of all, I'd like to know how much a 14int blue bandana u/h is worth. Note: This is in KradiaEMS. I'd also like to ask whether Kyrin's ring is still upgradable or not. Also, can I use scissor of karma to xfer the ring? Note: It's not the lvl 65 ring yet. Thank you in advance.

But as far as I know it's only the lvl 65 ring that can be transfered between the characters on the same account. Can the ohter rings also be transfered? If not, then what if I use scissor?

Only the lvl 65 ring can be transfered within the account, all other rings are in no way movable. Maybe with the release of platinum scissors.
