So, I had bought 11 cash shop surprises from back when they were available, and I had gotten a few nice items, but one in particular that wasn't quite right. That was an extra character slot coupon. I had received it from the cash shop surprise box, and from what other people said, you just purchase it, click it, and there you go: 1 xtra slot. Well it transferred into my character in-game, and, whenever I clicked on it, it would do nothing. Tried everything, bugged. I submitted a ticket a good 20 days before it expired, so I could get it fixed and it took them past the expiration date to respond. I was saving 1 xtra slot for an xplorer, so i could get a ring when they come out. And, thinking I could just use the xtra slot coupon, I made a char and got it to lv 50 which completely throws me off b/c now i dont have another slot. I know the cash shop surprise itself only cost about 1.4kish i think, but the coupon should have been replaced, not the css box. What do you guys think about this? EDIT: NVM, just realized since you did receive compensation (although nexon IS screwing you for giving you a measly 2.1k M-Points instead of replacing the character coupon) you cant sue them

I have an adventurer/xplorer, its just that I don't think I will be able to gut out 30lves in a month or however long the event is at such a high lv.
