Wat do? Aran help

So..I just got my aran to 70. I knew there was supposed to be a super short quest for full swing, but I didn't get one. Then I remembered I didn't do that like lvl 64 quest or whatever level it was. I checked through my quest log and didn't see it and I'm kinda stuck at this point... If you know the quests that I should have completed plz tell or if you have any info on this topic.

Lvl 63 quest, talk to tru, then lvl 68 quest, it should tell u

Thanks, googled the 68 quest, didn't get a lightbulb so I assumed there wasn't 1 but going to do it right now
