The reversal of scroll chances

Is it just me, or do 30%s seem to have a 60% chance and 60%s seem to have a 30% chance. I decided to do some intense scrolling, so I bought 5 cape str 30s and a black napoleon for a total of 8m. I used them and it went like this: Fail Work Fail Work Work 9 str 0 slot napoleon cape now (anyone wanna price check this? ) And just before this, I tried scrolling a 52 attack clean kfan. Fail Fail Work Fail Work Fail Fail That's roughly a 28% chance, which is close to 30% chance. Maybe it's just my luck. So..anyone else have a reversal of scroll chances when they scroll?

Yup. 6 30%'s worked on my weapon, and the last one blew it up, sadly. I cried for days. Only 2 60%'s worked on another weapon I scrolled.

nah 6 60% worked on an crappy maple demon axe that someone used an 100% on. Now its my main weapon till i get a better heilios or colonial axe.

I kind of agree. Landed 6/7 30s today on a gun and failed 7/7 60s. I was mad.

It seems like have super bad luck with specific type of 30% scrolls like Dagger and sowrd scrolls...( well, except for 1 time I got a 81 att wagner u/h ). As for my wand I have had 2 epic Crystal Wands one I got 4 30% then 3 60%...Another I got 3 30% and 3 60%. I have crazy good luck with BW scrolls I have a 20 dex level 20 2-handed bw. o.o glowing yellow. I had good luck with shoes for Jump lately too I had so much profit when Aran came out on rss. I made a 14 dex level 50 thief show and 2 13 dex ones...waiting for DBs. I have very bad luck on topwear for LUK and bottom dex, I hate them...70% hate me period! Same for Helmet DEX/ACC 70% 1 day I blew up 5 z_helms by only tring to hit 21 dex!

Dude, I know what you mean. My 10%s and 100%s always seem to work out reversed. I guess it's a good thing, but still, it's weird.
