Im scared guys hacker please help

Sombody has taken controll of my mule account, and found out my name, my pass, and my previous email to my mule only...... But he found out my name and is toying with me please help me guys im afraid what actions should i take to protect my main account?

Change your pass and make sure you scan your comp everyday for viruses that can contain keylogs.

Change password. Change email passwords. Make alternate emails incase he gets info into email to recover. Clear cache everyday.

Does anybody know if nexon puts incorrect email adresses on purpose? cause i know when i first started it was correct and that i was able to reset my pass a couple of times b4 with the same email im using now. IM FREAKING OUT PLEASE HELP!

1. Give all your items to a VERY trustworthy friend, if you don't have any or don't trust them for whatever reason, keep the items on your account or make a new account on a DIFFERENT computer and transfer the items to that account. 2. Clear ALL your cache/cookies. 3. Scan with multiple Virus Scanners. 4. I recommend using Spybot S&D (Search and Destroy, Google it) 5. Try to stay logged ON as much as possible. If you're logged onto your account, then the hacker can't log onto your account until YOU log off. 6. Use your friends computer or something and change EVERYTHING concerning your account. Password, email, security question, PIC, email password, email security question. 7. If you want to go to extremes, I suggest reformatting your computer. Make sure all your FireWalls/Security Systems are on. 8. Get for suspicious files in your system folder, such as braviax.exe/dll and other suspicious files. You can google certain things like that and find out how to remove them. When I got a virus, I kept virus scanning my computer, but braviax.exe kept reappearing. The target (location) was in my Windows folder so there I found it. There was another file somewhere, but it was encrypted inside my computer somewhere. I ended up backing up all my info (Documents, files, etc.) and installed Windows 7 (64x). To back up all your files, you will need a flash drive. No, not those small 5 Gig ones. I mean a HDD (Hard Drive) I used a 500 Gig one to backup all my files. Then, transferred them back onto my C: (Local Disk) drive, and voila.

I dont think so [/quote] In his other thread he said it wasnt his BM that got hacked, it was mules with nothing important on them. If hes really afraid of the losing his BM he should reformat his comp and what not, but if his BM hasnt been hacked yet, its likely that the hacker does not have access to it.

@ Vent. His BM may be also on his mule account as well. So there is no reason to make a rapid statement saying the hacker DOES NOT have access to his BM. It is clearly possible to get ahold of even w/o the email of that account. But like the other posters said, reformat your computer and change your info to your mules. Here's another tip if you need it. When my Night walker account was hacked, my dad had the router disconnected and reconnected a new one, thus deleting the old IP address for a new one. Once it was connected, the hacker had no access to my account anymore. Also, try asking the company providing the internet access as well, they might have some issues with security *AT&T cough*. I have no idea how it worked somehow, but it may be involved with your IP address *just a guess though*
