What happens if I tell nexon I used fake information

I lost one of my accounts way too long ago, by giving my info out and having it stolen. Thanks to the password change thingie which came out I don't know when, the person was able to change the password as well without the need of personal info (birthday in this case). Thus he/she now had a new password and new PIN (which later developed into PIC, I don't know if the person created a PIC since I don't know when it came out) and I lost the e-mail account too, since I had only created it just for making an MS account. So pretty much we can say that the account is no longer mine. I was planning on submitting an extremely elaborated, totally honest and as detailed as possible ticket to nexon to see if anything could be done or to at least know that I tried and there's nothing possible to do about it, but, to do this, I have to tell them that pretty much all the info I used was fake and the e-mail I used was, in another way, fake. Could I get in any kind of trouble for this, or could the account I now use be banned for it?

They'll answer after a week or so. But they won't do anything because its nexon & its not in their job description.

nexon customer service =automated responses = FAIL i told them about a bunch of problems and they gave me the same answer back >.> like when there was a glitch: please check back in a few days or something like that. next ticket. same answer. T_T just dont. waste of time.

I appreciate what you're saying, I am indeed taking into account but I still don't know if I could get into trouble for the reasons I've already stated, that's what I really want to know right now, I can start taking other things into consideration later.

I would prefer Nexon banning my account than someone hacking it and taking the whole account.

[/quote] But if I can't prove the account is mine, then I won't get it and supposing I can it's possible it's my current account the one that gets banned, besides, the robber doesn't even use my account anymore T.T

If I were you, I wouldn't even worry about it, because you say it was so long ago and you didn't use your real info to create the account, so there's nothing for you to lose. However, if you're really intent on getting that account back--why, I'll never know--tell them you "must have mistyped your information" because what you're typing in isn't working. That will at least trigger the notion in their minds that you were hacked, and they always pay close attention to that.

They will not help you because as you said, its fake information that you gave them. How would they know if its fake or not? Also, how would they know if you're the real owner of the account? Even if you try to send a complaint to them, you still won't get your information or account back so it'll just be a waste of time. Edit: You won't get in trouble if you tell them that the information is fake because they won't believe you unless you prove to them that you're the real owner. Also, the account won't get banned or into any trouble. You can try, but it won't work.
