Lockdown? Is this for real?

A few days ago this guy was annoyed at me in cpq and threatened me with "Lockdown." I'm not exactly sure what this is... Was it just some noob going off ranting cause he couldn't maple coins even though he was straight up leeching? Or is this some serious thing? His reasoning for it was that "i pissed him off" which was quite rude since i was giving him free exp to be honest...

well its a good thing i didnt get worried then. I was just wondering cause i havent been the most active mapler and this girl kept telling me to apologize so that i wouldnt be banned for a year. Kid was too annoying...

I also figured it wasnt real being that gm's wouldnt take action over one mapler annoying another mapler no matter how much lies are in his story if he told it.

Well I mean considering that this isn't any "illegal" action of sorts, I mean taking maple coins is hardly considered a felony, GM intervention in this case would be a full on display of nepotism if indeed they were related to a GM, and I'm pretty sure that could cost them their job down the line to show such favorance to family members. in English: You didnt do anything wrong. They're being a noob.
