HP Wash - What is it?

Hey, guys, what's up? I heard a bunch of time about "HP Wash", that you need it for some bosses, horntail and etc, and it's good for some jobs, including mages (as you can see, I'm a cleric). Anyway, can someone explain me the idea behind it, what do you need to do and why is it good? Thanks!

Involves spending nx to lose mp and gain hp. There's many guides, google it.

Its just adding ap into hp and removing from mp since both are connected together. Involves spending a lot of nx on ap resets so you can remove the mp and place into your main stats.

Youre basically wearing INT equipment so you can get more MP than you normally would b4 each level then use RESETS to get back ap from your EXTRA MP that you have so you can put it into your HP.
