Maplestory HUGE lag spikes.

Has anyone had this problem or know a fix for it? My computer is extremely fast with more than enough ram (8gb) and clean of virus'. Randomly I've been getting HUGE lag spikes that make my WHOLE computer slow for about a minute then it stops for like 15 minutes and begins again. Has anyone had this or know a fix?

I get lag spikes like every 30 seconds that last about two seconds each. o_o Then again I only have 1GB of RAM. MS has become way too big for my computer now

I've been getting horrible lag and random DCs as of late as well.

I started having problems like that on my old computer right before my hard drive fried.

Most likely because of the recent cake vs pie event activity and/or hackers.

I HAD lag spikes about 1month ago Every 10seconds my computer would freeze for about 2seconds. I upgraded from 512MB to 1GB [1024MB] and now im fine. Maybe cuz ur on a mac or vista? Im on xp tho

Are you guys talking about lag or HUEG lag spikes, I don't freeze but the computer goes really slow and Maple goes EXTREMELY slow, the mose blinks from place to place due to the lag, character is at one place then blinks to the other. Like an FPS of 1.

I lagged since Evan! I hate new updates.

Had random disconnecting/client crashes/1 sec (or sometimes more) lag spikes ever since the Evan patch was released. Guess the anniversary patch isn't making it any better as well.

I've been experiencing the same thing, some time about after the new patch.. and i usually never lag at all.
