Got a doctor in the house?

My ankles has been having on-off pain, and today i seriously can't stand it. it hurts like a-- i plan to go to the doctor [again since last time he didn't do anything and just said it was fine and jacked my presidents] and see if he will actually check it this time. I've had these pains since i could remember, but they were more like just random tingles, but now they're literally sore and it gets difficult to walk. If i had to be accurate, i think i had these pains when i was little and fell out of a bunk bed while crushing my ankles against the ladder... I never got them properly checked so that might be the reason... i didn't tell my parents about the pain because they'll just say it's from badminton, yet i've been having these pains even before badminton and they know that (they're just against me playing the sport). do you guys have any ideas how i can get the pain to cool down just at least a little. if i had to describe the pain from a scale of 1-10 in which 10 means it hurts like a mother--, then it would be a 7.9/10. >.<. please and thanks guys! Could you have hairline fractured it when you fell and it never set right? You won't know unless you go to the dr. No one here will be able to help. I suggest a different doctor then last time.

Don't take advice here, just go to the doctor and get him to refer you to an expert as well as an xray.

What Eevee said, I Reccomend you GO to a different doctor. I have lower back pain problems and left it for a month and the doctor said don't play sports for a week or your screwed. D: Hard not playing Basketball.

Unless someone is an MD/DO, they cannot legally diagnose you (even online). As Dimo said, go to the doctor. If he waves it off as if it's nothing, try getting a second opinion from another doctor if possible. As for recommendations to dull the pain, they can make it worse if you don't know the underlying condition.
