Should i go Low Str or Reg Str

I am a 137 corsair, i am currently low str and with my equips i can get a total of 100 str enough to hold my gun, The thing is that many people said i shoudl add some into str and switch to a dex overall but i dont know, i want to know what you people think

21 str 1 dex

It doesn't matter if it's a STR overall or DEX overall. What matters is total stats, as long as you don't have more than enough STR.
