I was thinking that Basil could incorporate an Offer option when somebody is selling an item. You could Offer Mesos and maybe whatever other items you want to trade. You got just pick what you wanted to offer for there item and the owner of the item could Accept or Decline the offer. It would makes things a lot better because people could trade unique items that other people might want.

I have given and gotten offers through Basil mail. This would be an off-Basil trade. There is nothing bad about this except that you wouldn't be able to get positive feedback. You can choose not to go through with the trade and there is no obligation nor responsibility if you don't want to complete the trade.
