Is a Relationship less important the younger you are?

Let's say you're a 13 year old who's in a relationship with the usual lovey-dovey crap. Do you really think it's as important as a relationship you would be in if you were say...16? or 25? If you think about it from a 13 year old's point of view, they think their relationship is strong, lasting, perfect... Anyway, do you think a relationship is less important the younger you are?

Yes, it is less important. If you're 13 and dating, it's not like the relationship will get anywhere. It's just for fun.

It really depends, many young relationships are just infatuation, the older you get, the more different you see things in and I suppose that leads to commitment and what not.

From my personal experience, I learned that young relationships don't tend to work out as well as more experienced older relationships and usually lead to heartbreaks.

It really helps having more relationships. You'll have more experience and know what to do. So I guess starting a young age like 13 is okay.

I think it really matters how mature you are, most 13 year olds and ages around there, are more of "hall buddies", not really a "couple". I started relationships pretty youngish too, I do believe they were pretty serious relationships.

No. I tried dating in 7th grade and asked this girl I liked(bewbs) and she was like yeah. The next day she came up to me and was like "Why didnt you call me last night?" I was like "Was I suppose to?" She was like" Yeah we are boyfriend and girlfriend, were suppose to do stuff like that." I was like"F6 I dont think I can do this." and she was like whatever. My point is young love (-13) is shallow and driven by physical appearance.

well i think after puberty you stop wanting them for sex and fun (although it's still an important part of the relationship) and you have a longer atention span so they're both important but in different ways
