I've noticed around a lot of Pirate related threads (and damage/class/job comparison threads as well, and etc.) that loads of Basilers apparently have a fascination for them. Why is this so? (Just to point out, I don't mean it if I'm comming out sounding really conceited or something ._.; ) We're just another job, and certainly we aren't that special...Big DPM, big whoop... Discuss? Opinions? edit: Bandwagoners, you're included now too :P edit 2: Old pirates, bleh...idk? Guess probably not (I'd consider anything before widespread news of the "balance patch" fair enough) -flameshield on-

I think it's because in a game like Maplestory, damage is a big thing since really there is only training and bossing.. that's why we don't see 60% GFA scrolls for 1mill ea. Damage=power?
