Woah weird ice witch?

So I was walking around el nath getting yeti fur for my maker lvl 3 and saw this weird looking ice witch thingee. I hit it and I missed. Then it attacked and sent me back to town.( I didnt die) It said you have been relocated due to the witch's curse. Edit: http://yfrog.com/11maple0021xj

There's this statue thingy on a platform on a map. It's like an ice crystal and you can hover your mouse over it. It says something about dropping an item from a monster there. Then once it accepts it, you can kill the witch. It's to prevent botters

Its a way for nexon to fight against hackers. The system is decent, the witch spawns every hour or so? But to get rid of it you can't kill it, you have to place any item that drops from the normal monsters on that map, on the an altar also located on that map. It gets rid of the witches back to town spell, and you can finally kill her. Its design is so people who do hack, will get sent back to down as soon as they try to attack her.

I haven't seen the bot guards in forever. The only ones I have come across are the book ghost and the ice witch. I've never seen the security bot of Magatia or the Lich of the Coolie Zombie area.
