yeh but i have high base dex atm, and a 35dex zhelm. So you could see why i want a str overall. When i go for reverse, i might switch

You're either going to scrap all your equipment or get insanely lucky once that happens.

I would go for a Dex overall, because, in the long run, the weapons that you're overall will allow you to use are better than a str overall.
