| Br333s Comprehensive Acne/Breakout Guide: Exfoliate, cleans, moisturize From what I have seen, a lot of the basil community is at that age where they are having a few skin problems. However, even in college and throughout adulthood, you often see men and woman struggling with skin blemishes. So, I decided there would be no better way to give back to the basil community than to make a little guide to, hopefully, give you a few helpful hints I will be talking about Exfoliation, Cleansers and Brands, Moisturizers, Foods and Their Affects, Makeup, Exercise, Relaxation, Natural and Household Remedies, and Important Tips. Exfoliate- Exfoliation can help remove dead skin and help your skin heal and be cleansed easier. There are many exfoliates in almost every drug store. Always, make sure the exfoliating cleanser is designed just for your face! Otherwise, it may be too abrasive. Use warm water to exfoliate about once or twice a week, depending on your skin and the directions. Although it might be a little embarrassing standing in the isle with all the skin care, I recommend going through and reading the containers carefully. Read each one and check to see if its truly for you. Dont just grab the cheapest, most well known, or even the most expensive one. Take your time to see if the product says it will help you with the problems that you are having. One of the easiest tricks is Walmarts site! Yep, you heard it. They have a huge variety of cleansers. Click an item, and read the description. Then, when you get to the store, you will know exactly what you are looking for. Some of the products even have a couple of user reviews. Walmarts Selection of Skin Care Some skin care applications are very general. Most of the time, these are made for, well the general population. These products are made for the average person that is looking fo |
