Deal with being gay?

How do you guys do it. Lately, I've been thinking about it, and in my opinion theres nothing good about it at all. My dad's a homophobe who openly bashes gays. I'm on the swim team to make things worse, and i've been swimming since i was about 8 years old. I don't wanna loose all my friends, and i know i would because it's just the way people are raised nowadays. Half the time i just wanna freak out and cry and do nothing.. ugh. I would never choose to be gay. I've never thought of even having a relationship with a guy. Sometimes i don't even know if I'm completely gay or what.. it's kind of a gray area.

Iunno, my situation wasn't that hard to deal with since I just kind of assumed people would dislike me and they ended up not caring. But it's not like we talk about it and apparently my dad hasn't told my stepmom or any of her family...so that's a bit weird. If you're that concerned about the negative outcomes, just hold off on coming out until you think you're ready. Unless you absolutely can't stand hiding it anymore.

Well, everyone is a different level of gay at some point or another. During puberty your hormones are just going totally crazy, so it's really not uncommon at all to have some gay thoughts. Once you get on the other side of puberty (and I mean like 18 or 19, when the dust really starts to settle) you will probably be straight.
