Yorkshire, Manchester, Liverpool, Londoners have slightly varying accents. I'm from London so I talk slightly slower and emphasise my a's more than someone from Yorkshire. Also Brits don't all talk posh, only some do and those are the ones who go to or come from Eton/Harrow.
