Well, i kinda got tired of my i/l and I think im moving world too. What character will be the best for this situation? :/

Don't quit your character, you only end up getting to where you were before and-- you guessed it, quitting again Take this from a guy who's gotten literally every class up to at least lv 51 I've been playing since v0.07 and ive never gone to fourth job.
