Annoying kid at school

so we're friends in a way. But he keeps messing with me like Hits with with branches, slaps me, punches me, throws stuff at me. today in 1rst period in class, he slapped me, and i pretended like i was going to slap him back. He was like "do it and ill back hand you so hard, you'll be crying" its almost the end of the year, and if i get into a scrap i won't be able to go to graduation either. hes so skinny, but athletic, i think i got like 30 pounds on him. (i think i weigh around 120-130 pounds) I don't want to talk to about this stuff then id seem like a whiny little B----. i wanna kick his ass so bad, but i can't so what should i do?

you know the easiest thing to do is just that the moment he does it, yell across the room saying he's punching you or whatever to the teacher/professor. it solves things real fast. One it embarasses the person who's doing it, and two it solves a problem without out you having to retaliate with force ~

Lol @ gender stereotypes. But in all honesty, the best way to handle these situations is to make sure a teacher is watching when the kid messes with you, and get him suspended.

dont worry this stuff happens to everyone at our school by this one kid cept he doesnt hit people with stuff. hes the most annoying kid in our school and this is how we delt with him. me and my friends put stink bombs in this locker and backpack and stole everything from his p.e locker
