Are there 100% scrolls with 10% given stats?

Hey guys Are there 100% scrolls which give the stats of a 10% scroll? If they do exist, how much would they even cost?

Yes, and quite a lot. They're "GM scrolls", I believe. I probably wasn't playing or wasn't playing regularly enough when they were issued, but I suspect they were first introduced a few years back.

The only gm scroll i've seen is for a 1handed sword, which are extremely rare and i'm not even sure how they're acquired.

The only one's are the Sword for ATT, and they are not given out anymore.

No, 100% scrolls do not give the same stats as 10%. The GM scrolls give a little less than the 10%.

the only scrolls wite the 10% for 1h sword that was shortly in the crimsonwood exchange quest i think, since then it has been removed

So many noobies on this thread :D. No there is only 100 % scrolls (Colored white) that give similar stats to a 60 % scroll.
