Where did you cap DEX?

Title says it all. As of right now (Level 22 =P) Capped at 20 [dexless] Where did you cap/ plan on capping? And of course, why?

20 dex is not dexless. But I'm capping at 20 (low dex)

Thats Dexless, You have to have 20 dex to be a pirate. This was my first 4th jobber so I went reg dex 120 base I hate it
