Where is Channel 20?

So, I've been wondering about this for a while. Where is channel 20? And why was it taken out? Was it converted to like one of the channels of yellonde/demethos or something? It's weird...

i remember the announcement said something about 19 channel configuration was supposed to reduce latency issues and what not.....
