Shads taking very low damage.

Alright so me and my friend were wondering how do shads like chickens0up and others take very low damage from Bigfoot? Avg damage is like 11k while a Shad takes like 5-6k damage? It literally shows up as like 6k, what skill does this?

Yeah, Meso Guard halves the damage taken from enemies.

Oh I didn't think it'd be meso guard because on magic guard I thought you would see it as 11k but take a certain damage (thought it was the same as magic guard). Someone told me they used shield mastery that did something like that but I was confirming so my friends dit doesn't get jacked up.

MesoGuard ... When activated, it automatically halves all damage taken from monsters (not from objects), and depending on the level, a certain percentage of the damage received is subtracted from your mesos. The skill actually saves you mesos as it is cheaper then buying a potion to heal and it saves inventory space for more potions which means more training time. In other words, it's halving the damage and potting on the spot.
