Update 5/14/10 Why I made this guide. The reason i made this guide is because many people have forgotten their last name and birthday that they signed up with. This is a way to get your last name back without hacking. This guide will be simple and easy to follow without many steps. How to start First: Log onto the website with the account you want to get the last name. Second: Lodge a useless ticket that has no aim. (don't worry this wont affect your account in anyway) Third: Select the ticket you opened by the ticket number on the left side. Fourth: Once you clicked on the ticket number near the bottom you should see a button that says "Close Ticket" Fifth: Close the ticket. Sixth: It will ask for a reason. Ignore that and click "Submit" Seventh: Again click on the ticket number to open it. Eighth: Under history at the bottom of the ticket it will say "Contact name" Ninth: there is your Last Name Enjoy. How to Get your email back Log onto the site Go to maplestory Go to charge NX Go to Charge Online Click the Buy under $10 (Wont let you if its $5 dollars Click PaybyCash.com Click Cash(Through Mail)-US dollars. And at the top theres your email address ( Credits to crapisgood) How to get your birthday back Currently there is no way to get your birthday back without hacking. The hack is now detectable and when it is detected you will be IP banned. Credits So far only me. Suggestions If you have suggestions or comment feel free to PM me. Use headers, not bold text, unless you're just trying to point out a key word. Also, use numbers, not "First, second,..." Makes it more organized IMO :o
