Okay, a few months ago, I decided to go dexless Stonetooth. But man is it stressful finding all the appropriate equips. My Question is should I raise my base dex to 20? Or heck, should I just switch to 1h. My ST is 124 att with 2 slots left, I "plan" on WS +50%'ing the final 2 slots if I continue.

If you can get enough DEX to wear your Stonetooth without losing Att / Str on equips for it - Yes. If you can't - Raise base DEX and get att / Str equips.

I like to have 23 secondary stat cause that's how much you'd have at Lv. 200 for optimal damage.

If I really felt like it, I could probably get +116 Dex w/o sacrificing attack equips. But that'd take so much time in the FM looking for those equips. How much would a 134 att ST be?

It really isn't all that hard to get dex. I didn't even try to get dex on my pally and I have over 50dex from equips. I'm dexless on pally btw. I don't even have any dex scrolled equips except for my earrings. What you should do is try and maker some neos bottoms and scroll them for dex. Try and get 12+ dex earrings, and having a dex pac wouldn't hurt. You could even scroll it yourself by using a 60% cape dex then chaosing it. Seeing as you only need around 16 more dex (assuming this because you wanted to raise your base dex to 20) you should have no trouble reaching the 80 dex required. Aura rings, aran ring, glasses or dex spectrum can help. Dex scrolled fs can help too or just get dex/str reverse warrior shoes.

@abovez y would u ever want to go 1h? the only thing 1h are good is for their atk speed, but that gets nulified becuz ST has [Fast(5)] speed attack. I'd say just get dex equips and risk losing few atts until u can get enuf money to get better stat items / upgrade ur sword. Much cheaper than changing ur equip from full dex to semi dex + spending like 50k nx [on AP reset]:3

Increased your base dex and having high atk fc and a high atk pac and putting a few points into dex would increase your dmg way more than the few str points you will be gaining by wearing dex shoes/cape.

[/quote] These are my equips that give dex: 23 Dex Zhelm 12 Dex Shoes 10 Dex Earings 5 Dex Mon 12 Dex Pac (7 att) 21 Dex Bottom 9 Dex Top 5 Dex Belt 5 Dex Glasses 2 Dex Medal ------------ 104 Dex from equips 4 Base ------------ 108 Dex I'd actually be over the dex needed if I were to raise 16 more Dex, but I'd obviously replace some of my equips (ie: Belt). The thing is, I've spent so much time gathering all these equips. And I feel really stressed and bored every day in the FM looking at most of the same stuff. To DragonBandit: Yea, hammered ST Another Question: Should I really stick with my ST? or just sell it off? I've heard that 1h + Shield would have a better output.

You could switch the 23 DEX helm into a 35+ DEX helm? Then, I'd say switch the belt for ATT one, get 14 DEX earrings and + 1 DEX from somewhere else to replace the belt. Note that with this set up you wouldn't be able to GPQ efficiently, so find a backup weapon for that, if you ever plan on GPQing.
