Would a mage reverse hat with the following ores Wisdom crystal +5 int,Black crystal Adv,Luk Crystal 5 Luk At max level Beat a Targa/Scar Helm (Int) Or a zhelm?

You can only level timeless and reverse equips 3times. It probably could beat a clean zhelm.

no, but it really depends in how lucky you are at scrolling....

Max lvl is 3 and then perfect scolling plus the right stats each lvl adds so have fun with a 1 in a 100000 shot

13 int clean max or so. and you can probably get 5-6 int from leveling if you're lucky. It'd be alot more expensive than a 19 int targa, and is untradable, and only has 7 slots.
