It allows the user to hold down the Flash Jump key and fly into the air unlike the regular flash jump which just allows you to press the button and jump over a couple inches. If you also hold the FJ button, you can stay fly into the corner of the map but stay there until you let go, experienced/exposed players can easily navigate through maps with UFJ with quick ease.
