My Wrist hurts, Help!

Okay so after getting to lvl 111 on my aran, my wrist has been hurting alot lately. I quit my aran at level 104 for like 2 months, so it was alot better. But i started up a week ago, i got to level 111 and i can feel the pain coming back. Any Sugjesstions? (Lol Spelling error<<) I try to switch fingers, but all in all it hurts the sam D: I have a controller with Joy2Key, but i hate useing it for these reasons: -I cant use that rush, whirlwind skill to get the monsters (gallos) Together in a bunch to mob. - I cant use any combo skills. Example (Combo smash, Wolves, Drain) _________________________-_- __________________-_- ____________________-_- ____________________________-_- ________-_- ___ Everything else with my controller works great, exept the kind of main skills for aran.. My main question is, how to help with the combo skill problem with my controller (If it helps, i have a ps2 controller with USB port thing,:: And a logitech controller) Please help me, i dont want to quit my aran because of this. Edit: If you want, i have 1 more problem, i only get about 45%-50% per 30 mins of 4x, So about 90-100% an hour on 4x AT GALLOS at level 111 Is this to slow? Am i doing something wrong? My training at gallos is like this: I gather the bottom, and while im on the ramps i hit the top row and gather almost the whole map to 1 side, then kill. Then do again to other side. repeat, Buff every 2-3 times. Help? Stay at gallos? Fix my training? MAINLY Answer my Controller/ Wrist Question please

I think you might have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. You'll need to go see a doctor, or you'll suffer some major nerve damage in your wrists. Either you have surgery or wear something that keeps your wrist straight. Quit your Aran for a while, it's for your own good.

Take a break with your aran. And whenever you use a computer, try to keep your wrists straight. Your wrist in a bent position plus aran button mashing equals a hurting hand and wrist.

i had carpel tunnel too on my aran. took about 3-4 days to recover it from my wrist
