Dex vs dexless

So I'm making a NL... My question is - If I have 2b mesos, which should I make? Regular dex, low dex, or dexless. Please explain your answers. -I'm making this for 120+, so I dont just want to buff up through cpq1 to show off then quit.. In which case the answer would be dexless =P-

Dexless till 100ish and then low dex.

My Characters: Walkling - 100 Windia Hermit

Dexless until 100ish then convert to low dex. I converted at 120 and saw a good rise in damage. Funded with about 3.5b (galicia)
