u cant get it its from an old event. u can get an untradable smiley mask one in hensey, though. but angry mask is worth like 5b lul maybe more since ive actually never seen one i just know sad mask is worth 5b so im basing my prices on that.

chances are quite low. i would say its about as common as getting a chair or a rare scroll in gachapon. and its not karmable.
