Maple equips effect. Regarding the hat

Can I just get the second to last hat for the effect? I just think the last hat looks really ugly so I don't really want to get it if it's not required. Also, can I get 2 maple hats? One dragon and the other the last one just for the sake of having the last level hat

You can get 2 hats. You just gotta get the first one and upgrade it

no u can't get 2 hats i tried @above don't mislead the TS and yea dragon maple hat does work i have tried too-.-

The level 70 hat works to get the Maple effect. So, you CAN get the second to last hat to get the effect. Er... wait... or is this Maple Dragon Hat the level 70 one? Never mind.
