p/c 20 str 4 slot black royal barone

I just scrolled a 20 str black royal barone level 60 pirate overall and it still has 4 slots left and its u/h. so Its +6. just wondering what its worth right now and what it would be worth it i got it to 30+ str. Looking for a P/C in any world.

I bought a 28 str h/twice for 410m(lvl 30)... I'm guessing yours would be about 350-450m cause its not finished, and its a higher base str you need to equip it.
