Help on ticket

Well this is for my Combat Arms account. I recently just bought a spec pack. - Viper - M32 - Claymore - Special backpack 2 and many more. After the purchase of the item I was playing CA for quite some time maybe 3 hours and had to re log because of black out. Then I realize my account has been BAN "SUSPENDED" for unknown reason. I was not glitching nor hacking. and DEMAND my account back Im so pissed off right now because the NX item I bough only last 1 week What should I write? 9th of May 2010 Dear Nexon. I was apparently suspended in Combat Arms for seven days. I believed that I was not hacking nor any other action that result of my account being ban for seven days. If I was doing something wrong please tell me what I did. If not may I please have my account unblock. Is this to long or to short cause I never written a ticket before

Wrong section I believe, but oh well. You just got Nexon'd. Nexon Pretty much ignores all tickets, or answers them terribly.

lol i logged a ticket when i got hacked a few hundred times, i couldnt sleep, and trust me those items were rare....yellow bandanas and stuff like that i waited a few months, nothing...nexon will just fool with you, they wont do crap and dont care about people only about money there heartless people, every event they made includes some sort of money scandle to have fun.

The things people said above are exaggerated. My tickets are usually answered in 2-3 BUSINESS days. However, problems which they don't have an answer or is harder to fix takes a little while longer.
