Nexon Cash Glitch?

After I got my nx from doing a survey Guess what happened. I go in the cash shop,lost half of my NX.Went in MTS lost nx and maple points Good job Nexon. PS:Did anyone experience this?

I don't believe nexon messed up ur nx but you probably put in wrong info for the surveys, they're smart.
