Final Attack or not?

This is the first Hunter I plan to continue with and I just want to know whether or not Final attack is more helpful than harmful or if maxing everything else rathenr than final attack would prove most useful. also Whats the average price of a Maple Bow and Maple Soul Searcher?

I would say no. Although it will only last you to 70 ( could be viewed as a negative point also ) , it makes your attacking strategy unpredicatable for yourself. Also, Final Attack is maxed at lvl 30 which you will have to sacrifice points from other skills. If you don't have FA, you will be able to max all other 2nd job skills and Focus / Blessing of Amazon. As for the maple bows and soul searchers, I have no idea since I'm currently on a break and the maple anniversary is around so the prices will probably change.

[/quote] As for the skills you can't max out, you can do perfectly fine without PKB and maxed focus/blessing, since those last 2 are dumping points anyway. But either way, nowadays there's no point in getting FA really. Getting to lvl 70 is hella fast anyway.

FA is the worst skill to put points into, for the sake of long term play, for hunters and xbowmen. It will screw up your mobbing , waste points, and become completely useless at 3rd+4th job.

Well Fa only works with first or 2nd job skills and when you get to 3rd you replace double shot with strafe and then bomb arrow with arrow rain. arrow eruption but if you do add it, it takes away from your 2nd job skills and with out it you can max them all and even get maxed focus/ blessing in the first job. So I would have to say no.

HokageRoy... u is messed up i gotz 84att bow 10 att wg no pac 15/15/15/15 20 acc and avoid zhelm 16 dex 60 overall and 800-1200 damage range no Fa. u just waste 10 lvls if u did

Final Attack will only help you in second job, 'cuz with 3rd job skills FA doesn't work anymore, so... nah... Actually, I'd suggest you not to add any SP to it. What I'm planning to do is to max other skills (Power Knock-back, Bomb Arrow, Bow Mastery) and Focus (from 1st job advancement, it gives you ACC and AVOID; I left it in 9 when I got Lv.30, so now I'm just missing 11 SPs), and well Booster and Soul Arrow I'll add the missing SPs (I'm not sure, but I think I'll get to max it)

After using an active skill (only Arrow Blow, Double Shot and Bomb Arrow) an arrow is shot automatically with more power, check here http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-Hunter-Skills.html
