I usually have defended nexon. Through the evan debacle, through most of their greediness but for 1 month they cannot even bother to give us a total of 10 2x events (one every saturday, one every sunday) during the event period. Instead they make these cruddy welcome back rings and 1.5x part drop rings that aren't even that great. I was looking forward to this years anniversary so I could get on and level my character but instead they'd rather force people into a cruddy event where they cannot even have the freedom of choice, then they have the event crash servers/channels or lag them badly half the time. Work to deflate the economy and won't even give us our anticipated 2x. This event is pure garbage and I will just stay off of maple for a while longer. Looks like my crusader won't get to level 100 this month. Is 20 hours of 2x given away too much for you nexon? On the anniversary month AT THAT. Lovely soliciting money month for nexon not much of a reward to the players who made the game last 5 long years. I remember this, 2nd Anniversary: 2x lasting 8a.m-8p.m on weekends. 3rd Anniversary: 2x lasting 11 a.m - 3 p.m or close to that, 4th Anniversary: 2x lasting 1 p.m to 3 p.m, 5th Anniversary: NOTHING, ZIP, NADA, HAHA WE SCREWED YOU OVER LOYAL PLAYERS. Edit: When the game was patching I first read the rings as 50% exp boost for the event, I get one ingame and it is drop and you have to be in a party.

Yeah, I always look forward to the anniversary so I can level my characters some more but I cannot even do that now properly. @Jiggly: Wow, seriously? They really screwed loyal players then.

Thank you! Now I don't have to write all that! Exactly what I was going to say. I'm level 111 and can't wait to get to Hero. I even sold my PAC, so I have enough money for pots. I was so excited for 2x xp. Well, at least we're getting 2hrs of 2x xp and drop today...

Well, they implemented the family system, so people can already get 2x exp all day if they have friends. Also, they had an exp curve a while ago, so it's much easier to level. 12 hours of 2x exp would be nice, though. Everyone will be able to level up extremely fast. Also, don't forget the many new exp spots like windraiders and oblivion. 12 hours of 2x exp would just make leveling a cake walk. Also, it's early. They may implement this later when EVERYONE has Summer Break. Im still in school and am waiting to take my exams.

not only that, but the only thing they really added to this anniversary is means of themselves making money a.k.a dragon incubators. thats why i'm quiting. Nexon needs to learn not to cross the line. This is more of an anniversary for them ripping us off for 5 years imo

I asked for 2-3 hour 2x events on weekends. I made it perfectly clear by saying 20 hours of 2x referring to 10 events and 2 hours each.

[/quote] just like last year. i leveled my gf's assassin from lvl51-70 in the last anniversary event and i was hoping for the 2x events this year so i could lvl my outlaw to lvl100 but nexon just went ahead and took all the free portions of the event out.
