So the more I break something the less it'll cost to repair it. Lol

No, they are saying that while the first 5% might be 2m, that each 1% after that could be less than 400k each... so 95->100% is 2m, 90->100% could be 3m, 80->100% could be 4m, etc... who knows ,wear that bech down and let's find out.

It's confirmed that the repair cost per % remains constant. It's only a matter of WHAT the cost is, not HOW the cost works.
