What exactly is wrong with the welcome back ring?

Is it just not giving the party exp boost?

If you have the "welcome" ring, then you needa be partied w/ someone who has the "Mapler" ring and vice-versa

The ring doesnt work. It only gives the wearer the bonus xp I tried every possible combination and i end up getting the only bonus exp

If you read carefully, it says 80% more PARTY EXP, it means, you will get 80% more bonus party exp, that is, a boost to the exp you get from the bonus party. If you look carefully, when you are in party it says "you have gained bonus party exp", it is that exp you will get up, and since it's so little. THE WELCOME BACK RINGS ARE A FRAUD, NEXON GIMME PERMA 2X :D
