Which quest gives the Maple Flag?

I've read it somewhere on the sleepywood forum and it said I gotta visit an old npc and do a quest to get it or some other random stuff.

Lots of people that have them probably bought them, but some of us actually got them from the 1st anniversary. Hunt 10 anniversary candles, and Cody gives you the flag. Note: Those candles were pretty darn rare drops. Basically, to some of us they're special novelty items from back in "old maple". @Above - Money. Seriously?
