How to contact Nexon?

I am not able to log into my account after coming back to Maplestory. I reset my password and am not getting any e-mails. I would like to contact Nexon to make sure the e-mail associated with my account is right and make sure my account hasn't been deleted. How do I do this?

Contacting Nexon directly won't do any good. They will not assist anyone with a account related problem over the phone. Either you log a ticket and wait for a response or remake an account and start from scratch. Honestly, there's nothing else you can do. Good luck to you on your quest to retrieving your account.
